Job Summary

Making inbound and outbound calls to patients and guarantors, the full-time Ohio Licensed Account Call Center Rep will resolve account balance inquiries, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide support for billing and insurance questions while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and make calls to patients regarding account balances, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and screen for insurance or financial aid opportunities
  • Document account details accurately and maintain quality and productivity standards
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of customer service or collections experience
  • At least six months of experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with Fair Debt Collections Practices
  • Strong data entry skills and computer system familiarity
