Ohio Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

To support clients in navigating their insurance needs, the fully remote Ohio Licensed Account Representative will provide personalized service, manage client inquiries regarding policies and claims, and maintain accurate client data while collaborating with the team to drive sales and secure existing business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized client service by answering questions about policies, endorsements, and claims
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's technology to improve service quality
• Collaborate with the team to secure existing business and promote additional services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service experience or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of client service experience
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficient in using technology to enhance productivity and service quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in client-facing customer service preferred
