Job Summary
To provide top-tier recruitment and staffing services, the full-time Ohio Licensed Allied Health Recruiter will manage the sourcing, selection, and hiring processes remotely while ensuring excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Plans and executes the recruitment process to ensure a diverse pool of candidates
- Sets service level agreements with hiring managers to define roles and responsibilities in the hiring process
- Maintains accurate documentation of all recruitment activities for reporting and auditing purposes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- Knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment laws
- Experience in medium to large-sized organizations, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS preferred
