Job Summary

To provide top-tier recruitment and staffing services, the full-time Ohio Licensed Allied Health Recruiter will manage the sourcing, selection, and hiring processes remotely while ensuring excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and executes the recruitment process to ensure a diverse pool of candidates
• Sets service level agreements with hiring managers to define roles and responsibilities in the hiring process
• Maintains accurate documentation of all recruitment activities for reporting and auditing purposes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3 years of relevant experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment laws
• Experience in medium to large-sized organizations, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS preferred
