Ohio Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to assist with caseloads and manage a diverse portfolio independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Review documentation for compliance with state and federal law
• Draft, review, and evaluate legal documents and provide legal opinions
• Manage a diverse workload and represent clients at hearings as needed

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Membership and good standing with the Ohio State Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure, title, and/or financial services
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
• Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
