Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to manage a diverse caseload and support existing attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Review documentation related to Ohio default practice for compliance with laws
- Draft and review pleadings and provide legal opinions on case files
- Independently manage a diverse workload and monitor deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Experience in foreclosure, title, and/or financial services
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
