Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive review of conditions precedent to filing actions, including loan documents and demand letters
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions
• Attend court hearings and maintain communication with opposing counsel

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor degree
• Bar membership in Ohio is required
• Licensure in Kentucky and/or Indiana preferred
• Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
