Job Summary

Providing timely advice and consultation, the full-time Ohio Licensed Associate Relations Specialist will manage associate and labor issues in both non-union and unionized settings, focusing on policy interpretation, performance management guidance, and resolving employment concerns remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist managers in diagnosing and resolving HR issues through consultation and risk assessment
  • Educate managers on policy interpretation and performance management to foster a positive work environment
  • Investigate low to medium risk issues by gathering facts, interviewing relevant parties, and determining appropriate actions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Psychology
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law
  • Preferred certification: PHR
  • Experience in investigating and resolving HR-related issues
