Ohio Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

To enhance integrated physical and behavioral healthcare, the full-time, remote Ohio Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will lead the development and implementation of programs, improve service delivery, and support collaboration across departments while ensuring equitable access to care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavioral health initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to support care coordination and service delivery
• Consult with leadership on behavioral health systems and represent the plan to external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
• 3 years of experience providing mental health and/or substance use screening and treatment services
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the provision and supervision of treatment services
• Independent, current, and unrestricted Ohio license as a Registered Nurse (APRN), Psychologist, LISW, LPCC, or IMFT
• Experience working in behavioral health systems, including care coordination and program development
