Job Summary
To support the OhioRISE program, the full-time Ohio Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist will develop and implement crisis and safety plans, facilitate care coordination for youth and families, and manage documentation and data management processes remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement individual crisis and safety plans while managing care coordination and referrals
- Engage families in creating Child and Family-Centered Care Plans and facilitate regular Child and Family Team meetings
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care plans and coordination activities in the electronic health record
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience in family systems, case management, or child and family therapy
- Potential requirement for clinical license, certification, or specialized training
- Experience in community systems and resources, child protection, or child development
