Job Summary

To support OhioHealth's employee benefit programs, the full-time Ohio Licensed Benefits Consultant will manage retirement plans and leave programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage benefit programs focusing on retirement and leave policies
  • Collaborate with vendors to produce required documentation and ensure service levels
  • Present benefit information to new associates and current retirees, while coordinating communications and updates
Required qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 1-3 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits administration, particularly in retirement and leave programs preferred
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred
