Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Specialist to manage client benefit administrative systems and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sr. Technology Specialist for new system implementations and manage timelines
  • Assist clients with implementation tasks and system updates, including EDI connectivity and enrollment profiles
  • Conduct system review calls to ensure accuracy and manage update timelines for open enrollment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Valid Life and Health License is required
  • Proven track record in customer service
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the Insurance / Employee Benefits industry, with 3+ years preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of applicable job experience required
  • Experience with Benefit Administration Systems is preferred
