Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Technology Specialist to manage client benefit administrative systems and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sr. Technology Specialist for new system implementations and manage timelines
- Assist clients with implementation tasks and system updates, including EDI connectivity and enrollment profiles
- Conduct system review calls to ensure accuracy and manage update timelines for open enrollment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Valid Life and Health License is required
- Proven track record in customer service
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the Insurance / Employee Benefits industry, with 3+ years preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of applicable job experience required
- Experience with Benefit Administration Systems is preferred
