Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented Moderate Bodily Injury Adjuster to work remotely in Ohio, Indiana, or Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling Represented 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims
• Casualty claim handling experience in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims
