Ohio Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

Handling complex and severe litigated claims, the fully remote Ohio Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate fair settlements while communicating with customers and attorneys through various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements using innovative platforms and tools

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims handling
• 3-5 years of current claims experience within Ohio, Indiana, and/or Michigan
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for evaluating and negotiating claims
