Ohio Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Ohio Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, manage high volumes of cases, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate claims processing
• Negotiate fair and timely injury settlements with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
• OH or CT claims experience is highly preferred
• 2-5 years of moderate/complex bodily injury claim handling experience is preferred
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone
