Ohio Licensed Broker Concierge Associate

Job Summary

Providing high-touch operational support, the full-time Ohio Licensed Broker Concierge Associate will manage complex pre and post enrollment issues, including member onboarding, provider inquiries, and billing concerns, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Researching and resolving pre and post enrollment issues for brokers and members, focusing on first call resolution
• Collaborating with various departments to address member-related inquiries and broker escalations
• Logging all broker interactions accurately for tracking and analysis purposes

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• Three years of customer service or sales support experience required
• Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health may be required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Commercial insurance sales experience preferred
• Proficient in using a Windows environment and general office equipment
