Ohio Licensed Care Connector

Job Summary

Supporting the daily operations of the integrated care management program, the part-time Ohio Licensed Care Connector will process calls from members and providers, identify care gaps, and assist members in accessing healthcare resources while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the integrated care management program interventions
• Process calls from members and providers in a contact center environment
• Assist members in accessing care and provide educational materials under the direction of clinical staff

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of recent work experience in a customer service environment
• Experience in member service or customer service telephone roles, preferably in a managed care organization
• Strongly prefer training or certification as a Medical Assistant, Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, or similar healthcare para-professional
• Proficient PC skills in a Windows-based environment, including MS Office products
