Required Qualifications
- Active licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LISW, LCSW), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in customer support and technical support
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in healthcare or caregiving is a plus
