Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Care Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized care consultations and needs assessments for individuals and families affected by ALS
• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee care services staff to ensure quality service delivery
• Coordinate referrals and partnerships with healthcare providers and evaluate support groups' effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience in social work, case management, health administration, nursing, or a related area
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated management skills including critical thinking and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and patient assessment skills preferred
• Experience with progressive neurodegenerative diseases is a plus
