Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contractor - Career Technical Education Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop CTE courses, ensuring alignment with national standards and labor market demand
• Create engaging instructional materials and resources for online and blended learning environments
• Collaborate with SMEs and educators to maintain compliance and improve course content based on feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or teaching, preferably in CTE
• Familiarity with Ohio CTE standards and industry credential integration preferred
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital content tools
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple course builds over 2-3 years
