Ohio Licensed Claims Adjudicator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjudicator, Provider Claims-On The Phone (Remote)-Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound calls from providers regarding claims inquiries and provides excellent customer service
• Facilitates the resolution of claims issues and manages high volumes of claims adjudication
• Researches and resolves claims-related issues while supporting other team members and departments

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-3 years of customer service, claims, provider, and investigation/research experience
• 1+ years of claims research and/or issue resolution experience in the managed care industry
• Knowledge of multiple systems related to claims processing
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
