Job Summary

A company is looking for a centralized claims adjuster to assist customers with auto claims primarily over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of claim files from beginning to end
• Resolve and document auto claims accurately and efficiently
• Interview all parties involved in an accident to determine coverage and liability decisions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience
• OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Must reside in the state of Ohio
• Entry-level position
• Full-time employment
