Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjudicates liability and property claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws
• Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and evaluates/negotiates claims
• Responds to inquiries from policyholders and maintains knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance and Introduction to Claims preferred
• Must obtain appropriate state licenses within specified timeframes
