Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager - Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned book of business, serving as the main point of contact for clients and addressing service requests
  • Prepare and submit policy change requests, monitor their status, and ensure timely delivery of documents to clients
  • Conduct annual insurance reviews, maintain client relationships, and support retention efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior Property & Casualty support and client management experience
  • Property & Casualty License
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
