Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Manager - Personal Lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business, serving as the main point of contact for clients and addressing service requests
- Prepare and submit policy change requests, monitor their status, and ensure timely delivery of documents to clients
- Conduct annual insurance reviews, maintain client relationships, and support retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management
- 3 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior Property & Casualty support and client management experience
- Property & Casualty License
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
