Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ohio Licensed Client Manager for Employee Benefits (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the client service cycle and ensure timely renewal management
• Retain and develop accounts through proposals, benchmarking, and market renewal activities
• Analyze client data and provide sound recommendations while ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Analytics, or related field preferred; high school diploma or GED with industry experience accepted
• 3 - 5 years of employee benefits experience handling medium accounts
• Strong rapport-building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and financial analysis acumen
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and EPIC agency management system
