Ohio Licensed Client Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Representative with workers' compensation experience preferred for Ohio residents only.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract renewals and prepare Client Service Instructions for assigned accounts
• Educate clients on loss data and coordinate project activities to enhance customer satisfaction
• Identify service issues and collaborate with management to implement improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• One year of experience as an Account Coordinator or three years of adjuster experience required
• Familiarity with Ohio workers' compensation is preferred
• Licenses and professional certifications as applicable to the line of business preferred
