Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships proactively to drive value and support new group implementations
• Lead open enrollment meetings and educate clients to enhance employee participation
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, support renewals, and present data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with sales experience required
• Must secure a Life & Health license within 60 days of starting
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders across various mediums
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve client issues
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred
