Job Summary

To support patient care, the part-time Ohio Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will ensure clinical accuracy in medication prescriptions, verify both hard copy and digital prescriptions, and communicate with healthcare professionals and patients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
• Verification of hard copy and digital prescriptions
• Communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians via phone and email

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active license in the state of residence
• Experience with pharmacist verification work
• Clinical judgment expertise
• Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is a plus
