Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Value-Based Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services
• Verify medication orders and dispense medications accurately according to regulations
• Document services in a complete, accurate, and timely manner

Required Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy
• Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation
• Completion of a Post-Graduate Year 1 Residency (PGY1), fellowship, or relevant experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Board Certification preferred
