Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
• Verification of hard copy and digital Rx's
• Communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians via phone and email

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active license in state of residence
• Experience with pharmacist verification work
• Clinical Judgement Expertise
• Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus
