Ohio Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

To support a specialized oncology-focused team, the full-time Ohio Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will provide pharmacy services, including reviewing medication orders and patient counseling, while working remotely after initial onboarding and rotating shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Review oncology medication orders and support oral chemotherapy workflows
• Provide patient counseling and education, ensuring safe and evidence-based medication services
• Document services accurately and contribute to medication safety initiatives

Required qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy
• Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligibility for reciprocation within 90 days of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and completion of a Board of Pharmacy approved course in immunization administration within 90 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical demands of the job
• Normal or corrected vision and clear verbal communication skills
