Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote contract Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) will provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise associate-level clinicians according to professional judgment and board requirements
- Guide associates through the licensure process while ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines
- Utilize a flexible supervision structure, managing a schedule that aligns with personal practice and professional goals
Required qualifications
- A valid LPCC-S license in good standing in Ohio with board approval to provide clinical supervision
- A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling
- A proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
