Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Learning & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivers and facilitates various training programs for clinical and administrative staff
• Identifies learning objectives and develops appropriate training programs using diverse delivery formats
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and defines measurable results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, business, healthcare administration, education, or related field
• 3 years of progressive experience in health plan case management or utilization review, including training and curriculum development
• Current, unrestricted license in Ohio as an RN, LPN, LISW, or LSW
• Certification in Case Management, Training, Project Management, or a nationally recognized healthcare certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical management programs and health plan operations
