Job Summary
To enhance training and compliance efforts, the full-time Ohio Licensed Clinical Training Specialist will develop and deliver training programs for clinical and administrative staff, perform audits and data analysis, and serve as a subject matter expert, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Delivers comprehensive training programs, including onboarding and remedial training, to clinical and administrative staff
- Conducts data analysis to assess compliance levels and identify trends related to training and audit performance
- Designs learning solutions across various formats, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Graduate of a registered nursing program approved by the Ohio State Nursing Board; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in health plan operations, case management, or utilization review, including training and curriculum development
- Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio
- Knowledge of NCQA standards and CMS regulations with the ability to apply them operationally
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience with clinical operations platforms and online learning tools
