Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coder - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately code diagnoses, procedures, and services for medical records and billing
• Collaborate with providers to ensure documentation is clear and complete
• Review claim edits and correct errors in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must pass an internal coding test; proficient in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Minimum of 1 year of physician/professional coding experience in a healthcare setting
• CPC, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA certification required, or must obtain within the probationary period
• Knowledge of professional billing revenue cycle processes preferred
