Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage department operations to meet KPIs, focusing on workflow efficiency and coding accuracy
• Collaborate with departments to address issues and support initiatives related to coding and billing
• Coordinate coding activities with Revenue Cycle representatives and oversee staff development and evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Equivalent experience and relevant coding certification by AHIMA or AAPC
• Minimum 7 years of coding experience, including 3 years in a large acute care network
• Minimum 1 year of progressive leadership experience
• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience with large multi-facility coding operations and vendor management
