Ohio Licensed Coding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage department operations to meet KPIs, ensuring workflow efficiency and coding accuracy
• Coordinate billing and coding activities with Revenue Cycle representatives and provide internal consulting on new initiatives
• Develop and support Coding Supervisors while managing staffing and conducting evaluations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• CCS certification from AHIMA or equivalent coding certification required
• Minimum of 7 years coding experience, with at least 3 years in a large acute care network
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience
• Experience with multi-facility coding operations and vendor management preferred
