Ohio Licensed Collaborating Psychiatrist

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Ohio Licensed Collaborating Psychiatrist will provide clinical guidance, conduct chart reviews, and authorize prescriptions while collaborating with psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMHNPs to treat low- and medium-acuity psychiatry patients using evidence-based approaches
• Conduct chart reviews and provide guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce clinical standards and responsible-prescribing protocols

Required qualifications

• An active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care
