Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business focusing on hard-to-place risks
• Educate small business owners on risk exposure and recommend coverage solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, handling endorsements and renewals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales, with E&S business experience preferred
• Familiarity with digital platforms for E&S quoting and binding
• Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines and risk assessments
• Active P&C license; additional surplus lines license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to negotiate and close deals while building long-term client relationships
