Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner to manage large-scale real estate transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects involving single to multi-property commercial transactions
• Search, examine, and verify legal property descriptions and public records
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal partners to ensure accuracy in the title process

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial title insurance experience in title searching and examining
• Understanding of relevant legal and real estate terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and property data platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
