Job Summary

To ensure smooth and secure large-scale real estate transactions, the full-time Ohio Licensed Commercial Title Examiner will manage complex projects, analyze public records, and collaborate with underwriters in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a variety of commercial transaction projects, ensuring attention to detail throughout the process
• Search and examine public records to verify ownership and identify title-related issues
• Prepare title commitments and reports while collaborating with internal partners for accuracy and efficiency

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial title insurance experience in title searching, examining, and writing commitments
• Understanding of relevant legal and real estate terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and property data platforms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent
