Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Commercial Lines Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial lines insurance policies, including General Liability, Worker's Compensation, Property, and Commercial Auto
• Analyze and evaluate new submissions and renewal accounts to determine risk acceptability
• Manage a high-volume agency assignment while cultivating strong business relationships with agents and internal partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines Middle Market Underwriting preferred
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, Worker's Compensation, Property, and Commercial Auto lines of business
• Proven track record in successful underwriting and portfolio management in the middle market segment
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
