Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Associate to coordinate Federal and State law compliance across its operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process license applications and renewals with federal, state, and local governmental departments
  • Research licensing requirements for new products and states, advising the business on necessary documentation
  • Assist with regulatory matters, including examinations, audits, and compliance reporting


Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in consumer financial services, particularly in regulatory licensing and reporting
  • Knowledge of regulations such as TILA, ECOA, FCRA, and BSA
  • Experience in financial services risk management, compliance, or audit functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
