Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Associate to coordinate Federal and State law compliance across its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process license applications and renewals with federal, state, and local governmental departments
- Research licensing requirements for new products and states, advising the business on necessary documentation
- Assist with regulatory matters, including examinations, audits, and compliance reporting
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in consumer financial services, particularly in regulatory licensing and reporting
- Knowledge of regulations such as TILA, ECOA, FCRA, and BSA
- Experience in financial services risk management, compliance, or audit functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to conduct investigations and manage multiple projects effectively
