Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a compliance program to prevent and detect violations of laws and regulations
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs across the enterprise
• Oversee regulatory audits and coordinate corrective action plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree preferred; experience in health plan settings is a plus
• 7-9 years of preferred experience
