Ohio Licensed Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support the West Construction Operations team in the implementation of energy efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction, administrative, and technical aspects of renewable construction projects
• Oversee project accounting, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with financial policies
• Interface with customers and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure project quality and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years' experience in industrial power or engineering construction project management
• Familiarity with energy efficiency disciplines and OSHA safety standards is preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Project; Procore experience is desirable
• Valid Driver's License in good standing
