Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Contract Negotiation Manager in Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze contracts with ancillary providers to enhance provider networks
• Manage contract performance to support network quality, availability, and financial goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to provider compensation, pricing development, and network management strategies

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of healthcare experience
• 5+ years of provider contract network and negotiation experience, preferably in the ancillary space
• Proven knowledge of competitor strategies, complex contracting options, and regulatory requirements
• 3+ years of experience with Commercial HMO, PPO products and Medicare/Medicaid products
• Must reside in Ohio or Kentucky
