Ohio Licensed Controls Specialist

Job Summary

Covering the Cincinnati, OH area, the full-time Senior Controls Service Specialist will perform technical support for service agreements, conduct preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building systems, and troubleshoot HVAC and control systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building systems according to service agreement terms
• Respond to customer service calls, providing on-site, remote, or emergency support as needed
• Commission control and HVAC systems and assist in building systems startup for service installation projects

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with DDC control systems for commercial buildings
• Hands-on experience with BAS controls and knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications
• Niagara N4 Technical Program Certification
• Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits
