A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and intervene in emergent situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Availability to work weekends and holidays post-training
• Emotional resilience and strong multitasking abilities
