Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work in a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Availability for regular weekend and holiday shifts
• Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program
