Job Summary

Delivering compassionate emotional support as a fully remote Ohio Licensed Crisis Counselor, the full-time position will provide telephonic crisis intervention and stabilization services, engaging with individuals experiencing various emotional and behavioral challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ohio residency required for remote work
