Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative with a Producer/Agent P&C License.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support inquiries related to insurance policies
• Communicate with customers through various channels while navigating multiple systems
• Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues and document interactions thoroughly

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Active Producer/Agent License with Property & Casualty Line of Authority
• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
